SLO County Assessor endorses Jordan Cunningham for Assembly
Templeton, CA— Small business owner and candidate for Assembly, Jordan Cunningham has received the endorsement of former Assemblyman and San Luis Obispo County Assessor, Tom Bordonaro.
A respected leader for the Central Coast, Bordonaro was first elected to the California State Assembly in 1994. Over his four years of service for the region at the state level, he advocated for fiscally responsible policies and was recognized as a champion for taxpayers and small business owners. Now as the County Assessor, Bordonaro continues his work to provide a voice for residents both in the office and throughout the community.
“Jordan is a proven leader who has demonstrated a willingness to get in front of issues and stand up for his community,” said Bordonaro. “I’m supporting his campaign because I trust in his ability to get the job done for us.”
A Central Coast native, Cunningham has dedicated both his life and career to protecting the unique qualities of the region. As a former Deputy District Attorney for SLO County, he prosecuted a wide variety of crimes, including fraud, assault and domestic violence – ensuring the area remained a safe place to live, work and raise a family. Now as a small business owner, Jordan protects the interests of hard-working families and residents.
An elected member of the Templeton Unified School Board, President of the Central Coast Taxpayers Association and volunteer for various local organizations, Cunningham’s commitment to the community in which he has always been proud to call home has greatly impacted the region’s youth, families and residents.
Jordan Cunningham lives in Templeton with his wife, Shauna, and their four children.
